I wonder if the beautiful drawing of Hatfield Broad Oak is available to purchase as a print or postcard perhaps? I have recently discovered that an ancestor of mine, an Amelia Bird came from there.
I have not as yet had the pleasure of visiting Essex, but now I discover direct ascendants were from Essex, I would hope to visit at sometime in the future.
