OCCASIONAL PAPERS – NEW SERIES

This New Series of Occasional Papers is designed to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the foundation of our Society in 1852. It has been funded by the Society’s Publications Development Fund which has proved so successful since its establishment in 1992. The Society is pleased that the New Series is being produced in collaboration with the Essex Record Office.
The New Series aims to provide well-illustrated popular guides to topics of archaeological and historical interest relating to the historic county of Essex. They will concentrate on providing topics previously neglected, and, it is hoped, may stimulate further research.
No.1    John Hunter, Field Systems in Essex (published in 2004)
Available from our Online Bookshop.
