Synopsis
Philip Laver was a leading
light in the Society during the early to mid twentieth century. As the title suggests this contains a number
of unrelated items.

that, owing to the war, the very successful business … came to grief”. Continues
“… suffering from a severe breakdown … practically without means … Tudor house
he built, his books, collections etc have all had to be sold.” Seeks
contributions. Authors include T H Curling, Hon Sec EAS. The July 1922 repeats
the appeal.
