| ECC limit access to historic site |
The Braintree and Witham Times has published an item about Cressing Temple's cuts to staff and access imposed by Essex County Council (see earlier post). Elphin Watkin, a member of this Society (Essex Society for Archaeology and History) says that this is an insult to our war dead because substantial funding was forthcoming from the National Heritage Memorial Fund to preserve the site.
